For the past 25 years in the US, we have developed and sold the world’s best innovative UPF 50 clothing and products so people can live an active outdoor lifestyle safely in the sun.
I’m hiring a high-impact leader to take Suntect by Coolibar — our premium active sun-protection line — to the next level.
Your mission: Drive Suntect by Coolibar from single-digit to double-digit million revenue by:
• Accelerating online sales on our digital flagship store
• Identifying and launching on new online marketplaces
• Opening and growing key accounts in active sportswear
• Developing new revenue streams through licensing and business development
• Partnering daily with Product, Marketing, Ops, Buying, Ecom, and Wholesale teams
Who you are:
• You’ve already scaled a retail business or product line successfully
• Data-driven with strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communicator who can influence directors
• Hands-on operator comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, small-team environment
• Based in Miami, Florida (non-negotiable)
• Wholesale or licensing experience = big plus
