Position Overview
The Sous Chef partners with the Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality across restaurant and banquet services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen operations during high-volume service
- Oversee food preparation and presentation standards
- Assist with inventory and cost management
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Support banquet and event execution
Qualifications
- 3 years culinary experience required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Availability for weekends and holidays
