Cooley Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead an off-shift manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing employees, improving processes, and creating a culture focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and product consistency.
- Support employee training, development, and performance management.
- Ensure accurate production reporting and compliance with company and ISO standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- ISO-certified manufacturing experience preferred.
- Plastics processing or extrusion experience is a plus.
