Job Summary:
We're seeking a friendly, empathetic, and efficient CSR to be the primary contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information across phone, email, and chat. You'll be crucial in building customer loyalty and ensuring a seamless experience, with opportunities to grow with us. Along with scheduling HVAC technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide accurate product/service info, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot problems.
- Assist with orders, returns, refunds, and account management.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
- Identify opportunities to promote products/services (upselling/cross-selling).
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (training available).
