Position Overview

As the Global Social Content & Creative Lead, you will serve as the strategic architect of Cooler Master’s digital storytelling. This role bridges the gap between Product Marketing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and premium, visually arresting digital content. Covering both our CMT (Retail - 80%) and CMC (B2B - 20%) divisions, you will define the visual language and campaign pillars for global product launches.

You will not act as a daily video editor; instead, you will serve as a digital creative director. You will closely manage our internal creative studio to produce high-end, "engineering-first" content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & PMM Integration

  • Lead the global social content calendar—defining creative themes, story arcs, and campaign pillars across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
  • Serve as the primary social counterpart to Global Product Marketing Managers, embedding social-first hooks into GTM plans months before a product launches.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across global markets while allowing regional flexibility.
  • Develop distinct, tailored narrative strategies for both the 80% consumer enthusiast (CMT) market and the 20% enterprise/corporate (CMC) market.

Creative Direction & Internal Studio Management

  • Champion an "engineering-first" visual standard (similar to premium consumer electronics brands) that translates complex tech into beautiful, digestible social assets.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of social-first content: videos, shorts, reels, product showcases, and hero visuals.
  • Write meticulous creative briefs and direct the internal creative studio to execute 3D renders, exploded views, and technical animations.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control, ensuring all visual claims and engineering specifications are accurately represented.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Global Performance Manager to align content releases with algorithm trends, B2B data tracking, and paid strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Social Content Delivery Specialist to ensure assets from the internal studio meet platform specifications and hit publishing deadlines.
  • Collaborate with PR, Product, and Creative teams to integrate launches, brand campaigns, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in social media content, digital storytelling, or creative direction—preferably with global or tech/gaming brands.
  • Proven success developing cross-platform social campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
  • Deep familiarity with platform trends, editing tools, and social storytelling techniques.
  • Strong visual and creative instincts; capable of producing or directing video and multimedia content.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, actionable creative briefs for internal studios or 3D/CGI artists.
  • Passion for technology, gaming, and content innovation.
