COOLER Drinks Event Prep Production Assistant
COOLER Drinks is looking for reliable, hands-on help for our custom canned drink events and catering orders. We’re a fast-growing startup, so no two days look exactly the same — we’re looking for someone flexible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
This role includes behind-the-scenes production prep, event prep, cleaning, organizing, and assisting with catering order fulfillment. Some shifts are independent/flexible, while others require availability during specific event production times.
Responsibilities
- Applying labels/stickers to cans and packaging
- Preparing catering drink orders and organizing inventory
- Assisting with drink prep and production setup
- Packing and organizing coolers, supplies, and event materials
- Cleaning work areas and maintaining organization
- Breaking down boxes, taking out trash, and general cleanup
- Assisting with miscellaneous startup tasks as business needs evolve
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Comfortable with hands-on/manual work
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Able to lift boxes/cases and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt in a startup environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Previous catering, hospitality, food service, production, warehouse, or event experience is a plus — but not required
Schedule
- Hours will vary week to week depending on event volume
- Some work can be completed independently/on your own schedule
- Event and catering prep days may require specific scheduled hours
- Potential for additional hours during busy event periods
