Part-Time Vacation Rental House Cleaner
Pay:
- Regular Pay: $17.50/hour after successful completion of training
- Training Pay: $16.50/hour
- Paid travel time between cleaning locations
Schedule:
- Part-Time
- We operate 7 days per week
-Typical cleaning hours are between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM - Availability may be needed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM depending on scheduling needs
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Up to 40 hours per week available

**Please Note: This position requires travel between multiple vacation rental properties throughout the workday. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare vacation rental properties between guest stays
- Follow a detailed cleaning checklist and standardized procedures
- Ensure all rooms are guest-ready and properly staged
- Restock supplies as needed
- Report maintenance issues or property concerns
- Travel between multiple properties during your shift
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle available for work-related travel
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, and inspect under furniture
- Ability to climb stairs frequently throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Preferred Experience
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, residential, or vacation rental cleaning experience
- Ability to work with checklists amd follow a step-by-step cleaning procedure.
