Coolbnbs is a growing short-term rental management company based in Charlotte that serves several markets, including Banner Elk/Beech Mountain, Ocean Isle Beach, Oak Island, Raleigh, and Savannah, GA, and proudly manages over 35 high-end vacation homes across the portfolio.
Our mission is simple: deliver unforgettable guest experiences through impeccably maintained, welcoming properties that exceed expectations.
We're seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to play a key role in keeping our portfolio in pristine condition as we continue to expand. This position reports directly to the owners and management team.
