Coolabah Capital Investments (Coolabah), a leading global fixed income manager with offices in London, Miami, Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne is seeking a senior capital raising executive with experience ideally in institutional and retail channels.
Coolabah is experiencing significant global growth in funds under management because of consistent top decile performance.
This entrepreneurial role will focus on directly sourcing and closing new business within the pension, endowment, foundation, insurance, consultant, and family office channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising assets in fixed income, alternatives, or related strategies and play a pivotal role in driving new business development, expanding our AUM, and representing Coolabah across institutional and/or retail sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, originate and execute North American sales, capital raising, and marketing across all key institutional and retail channels
- Support and participate in capital raising across other geographies, including UK/Europe
- Coordinate with key partners globally, including in Australia, North America, the UK and Europe
- Over time, build-out a deeper US sales/marketing team, reporting into global head of distribution
- Work with wider team to drive opportunities, including preparing meeting materials, gathering client/prospect background information, liaising with clients/prospects, participating in portfolio review meetings and product pitches, lead follow-ups, and contribute to DDQ processes
- Manage appropriate sales CRM tools and ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements/internal policies
Requirements:
- Min. 5-10 years’ institutional sales experience in asset management (US market)
- Strong network of institutional investor relationships
- Strong track record of capital raising success exceeding USD$1 BN
- FINRA Series 3 license
- Permanent, full time, onsite in Miami

Salary : $200,000 - $300,000
