- Respond to inbound customer inquiries across phone, chat, SMS, website leads, and online messaging platforms
- Manage and respond quickly to digital leads generated through Google, Local Services Ads (LSA), Yelp, website chat, and other marketing channels
- Convert inbound inquiries into booked service appointments within ServiceTitan
- Maintain fast response times and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
- Follow up on open, missed, or unconverted leads to maximize booking opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
- Receive and document completed work orders from field technicians
- Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services, memberships, or products when appropriate
- Help support the company’s marketing and customer engagement efforts by ensuring every lead receives timely and professional communication
- College degree preferred but optional
- 1-year customer service experience
- 1 year of marketing, marketing lead or digital marketing experience
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
