- Processing payments (ACH, Credit Cards, Bank Deposits, Financing)
- Reconciling and auditing A/R balances monthly
- Collecting on outstanding A/R balances
- Reviewing and auditing invoices daily
- Responding to customers in regard to invoice and payment questions
- Reviewing and auditing paperwork for customers using financing
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong system savvy, including Excel proficiency and ERP experience (Sage Intaact a plus)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
- Excellent communication skills
- ServiceTitan Experience is a PLUS
Salary : $22 - $24
