Financing & Spreadsheets
- Maintain and update company-wide spreadsheets for all loans and financial obligations.
- Track balances, payment schedules, and ensure accuracy for management reporting.
- Process Home Depot invoices, including auditing for compliance and key receiving.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments while maintaining organized records.
- Assist with customer account follow-ups and collection efforts.
- Reconcile outstanding balances and support AR processes.
- Handle incoming customer calls related to billing, payments, and financing questions.
- Respond to emails and follow up with managers on customer concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
- Crosstrain in other accounting or administrative tasks to provide coverage during scheduled vacations.
- Assist team members as needed to maintain continuity of operations.
- Support audits, reporting, and other accounting-related tasks as needed.
- Strong system savvy, including Excel proficiency and ERP experience (Sage Intaact a plus)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
