- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Work on a variety of equipment including heat pumps, furnaces, and AC systems
- Provide clear recommendations and build trust with customers
- Deliver clean, high-quality work you can stand behind
- 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Experience with repairs and system replacements
- NATE Certification (preferred-but we'll help you get there)
