What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Work on a variety of equipment including heat pumps, furnaces, and AC systems
• Provide clear recommendations and build trust with customers
• Deliver clean, high-quality work you can stand behind
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
• Experience with repairs and system replacements
• NATE Certification (preferred-but we'll help you get there)
