Position: HVAC Service Dispatcher - Customer Service
Pay: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour Spiffs
Work Hours: 10:00am - 3:00pm during training.
Once training is completed this position will go full time - 7:30am to 4:00pm
What You Will Be Doing:
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules
- Dispatching technicians to service calls
- Communicating with homeowners and service techs
- Scheduling annual maintenance
- Documenting equipment warranties and rebates
- Data entry and filing
- Maintaining maintenance contract database
- Maintain customer database with current information in Field Edge - our CRM
- Clear and concise communications with the department managers, employees, and company customers.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 years of customer service and scheduling experience
- HVAC or similar industry experience ideal - not required
- Advanced customer service skills
- CRM database experience - Field Edge or Service Titan experience desired
- Organizational skills
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- High school diploma or its equivalent
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $24 - $28
