We are seeking an enthusiastic, patient-centered Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our practice. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Our front desk team plays a vital role in shaping each patient's experience from the first phone call to their arrival in our office.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Schedule patients accurately and efficiently
- Educate existing and prospective patients on treatments and services in accordance with practice protocols
- Assist with medical records and administrative tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance
- Support leadership with additional duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or medical data entry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high call volumes and accurate data entry
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work well as part of a team
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive and patient-focused attitude
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
