Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled experienced and passionate Airbrush Spray Tan Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Airbrush Spray Tan Technician, you will be responsible for applying spray tans to clients, ensuring they achieve a natural and flawless look. This role requires a friendly demeanor, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We do not have machines you are the person applying the airbrush spray tan. This is not a training position and must already know how to customize colors and apply the product.
Duties
- Perform spray tanning services for clients, ensuring even application and desired results.
- Consult with clients to understand their tanning preferences and skin types.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tanning area and equipment.
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures to prolong the life of their spray tan.
- Stay updated on the latest tanning techniques and products.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions.
- Assist in inventory of tanning products and supplies.
- Assist in Wellness treatments.
- Participate with social media and content creation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year hands on of continuous experience in airbrush spray tanning.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of skin types and tanning products is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during appointments.
