Position Summary
The Outreach Executive Assistant role functions in a dual capacity supporting outreach initiatives, providing administrative support for the NWGA office and supporting the daily office administration and outreach initiatives and communication.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Serves as the key point of contact for guests who are requesting services or resources via phone or walk-ins at the LAA Dalton Outreach Centers Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications to support the outreach efforts. Acts as a representative for the Latin American Association Dalton and NWGA.

Education And Experience
- AA/AS Degree or equivalent in experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred
- Minimum two-years experience as an executive assistant in an office environment
- Highly proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Zoom, and Internet.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
- Ability to show and demonstrate on a consistent basis initiative, professionalism, poise and flexibility and work within an environment of frequent interruptions, conflicting priorities, and varying workloads.
- Excellent computer literacy skills including high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and attend community events.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish-REQUIRED
