Looking for experienced automotive technicians!!!
We have TOO much work and we need help to keep up with the demand in our area. Looking for someone to join our team who is a good fit for our culture as we like to work hard and play hard, we try to hire high level people so as not to overload the work. We believe coming to work should be enjoyable, not a place you dread going every day! You will have a blast!
We are only open M-F so you can have weekends at home with the family! We pay flat rate and are looking for guys who like to stay busy, our techs average 40-70 hrs turned a week. We are an independent shop looking to grow and surround ourselves with good people.

These are the basic shop rules we follow, this is designed for us to work together as a team and limit issues.
This is the list of things that are expected of every Team member here at Cool Green Auto. This is not all encompassing but is the general guidelines of how we expect you to act while employed here at our shop! The goal of these rules is to make this shop an excellent place to work by making sure that we can all count on each other daily for the support needed to make the operation run smoothly.
- Showing up on time- Being at your station ready to work by the time the day starts.
- Giving your best effort- We ask that you show up and do your job to the best of your ability every day.
- Keep a positive attitude- Try to always keep a positive attitude toward the work itself as well as your coworkers every day. We all have bad days, but they should be the exception, not the rule.
- Don’t complain about others- If you are having an issue with another team member's attitude or performance, bring these issues first to the manager, and if necessary to the owner. But do not complain to other coworkers about issues with others, this is not productive and brings down the work environment we are trying to build.
- Unless prior arrangements have been made employees must be available to work their scheduled time. (7:30-4:30 for Techs)
