Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer who can take ownership of residential replacement projects, lead a helper, and complete jobs safely, efficiently, and professionally.
The right candidate will be able to manage an installation from start to finish, communicate with customers, maintain company standards, and help prevent callbacks through quality workmanship and proper system startup.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC system replacements and installations
- Install furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, condensers, coils, thermostats, and related equipment
- Complete basic ductwork, plenum, drain, electrical, and refrigerant piping modifications
- Perform system startup, testing, and final quality checks
- Lead and train an installation helper
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Protect customers’ homes and property
- Complete job photos, notes, and installation documentation
- Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs to management
- Explain system operation and maintenance to homeowners
- Perform indoor air quality work, including air purifiers, UV lights, media filters, dehumidifiers, duct cleaning, and related IAQ accessories
Qualifications
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Ability to independently complete full system replacements
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, airflow, drainage, electrical, and refrigerant piping
- Ability to lead and train a helper
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in attics, closets, and outdoor conditions
- Willing to perform both HVAC installation and IAQ work

Schedule
Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours or weekend work during peak summer demand.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
