We are currently looking for a Plumbing Service Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for the management and organization of the service plumbing department.
Position: Plumbing Service Manager
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday Through Friday | 7:00AM - 5:00PM | Overtime as Needed

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the service operation of the plumbing department
- Overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the plumbers
- Customer relations
- Reviewing all billing and warranty claims
- Communication with other managers in respect to their warranty and installation needs
- Responsible for making sure all plumbers are properly trained
- Oversee all aspects of the plumbing service department and ensure its continued profitability and growth
What We're Looking for:
- 3 years management experience in HVAC and or plumbing or combination of education and experience
- 3 years' experience in both resident and commercial plumbing desired
- Advanced customer service experience
- Advanced communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Organized with excellent follow up skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
