What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Lead Installer position at Cool Care Heating, Air, Plumbing & Refrigeration?
HVAC Lead Installer | $28.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm
Position Overview:
- Residential retrofit/ changeout installs
- Training / mentoring helper
- Start up of newly installed equipment
- Consult customers about products, installation, and answer any questions
- Arrive every morning at the shop to clock in via Service Titan and prepare the day's installs
- Excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Team lead experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Possess basic hand tools
- Able to lift 70 lbs.
- Service Titan experience a plus!
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
