- Troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort, energy efficiency, and related problems
- Consult with customer on repair, upgrades, IAQ equipment and replacement options
- Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry standard hours per repair pricing guide
- Complete all paperwork via Service Titan
- Maintain truck inventory
- Perform equipment installs if needed
- Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements
- 3 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal certification
- NATE Certifications - we train
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry compressors up to a five-ton capacity
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- HVAC tech school completion - Desired
Salary : $30 - $37
