  • EPA 608 certification required.
  • Florida HVAC licensing experience/knowledge strongly preferred.
  • OSHA/safety training and experience preferred.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced HVAC professional who has successfully transitioned from the field into leadership. You have been the technician that other technicians call when they can't figure something out, but you also understand that running a successful HVAC operation requires much more than technical ability.

You are organized, practical, decisive, and accountable. You know how to build systems, develop people, solve problems, and hold a team to a high standard.

You are equally comfortable discussing a difficult technical issue with a technician, reviewing an equipment order with a warehouse employee, working through a scheduling problem with dispatch, or sitting down with ownership to discuss operational performance and company growth.

Most importantly, you are a leader who wants to build something—not simply hold a management position.
