What You'll Do:
- Run maintenance calls for residential HVAC systems
- Service, repair, and maintain heating & cooling equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
- Meet company performance and NPS goals
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of HVAC experience
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Confident communicator with great customer service
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Own HVAC tools and have an EPA certification
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
