Duties
- Set up and maintain the salad bar station, ensuring all items are fresh, well-stocked, and attractively presented
- Assist guests with their selections, answer questions about ingredients, and provide friendly service
- Prepare and replenish salad ingredients, dressings, and toppings according to quality standards
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Keep the salad bar area clean and organized throughout the shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation
- Adhere to health regulations and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or banquet settings is preferred
