Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas, adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and assisting with setup or breakdown of dining areas during events or service hours.
- Aid in food handling activities with proper safety procedures to ensure quality and hygiene.
- Help with catering setups and banquet services as needed, ensuring timely and organized service delivery.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment for staff and guests.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
