Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Team Member to join our QSR team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and a strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced environment, supporting restaurant operations and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
• Gain familiarity with the menu and cookout policy. Have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of menu and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
• Support cooking and food handling processes, adhering to food safety regulations
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
• Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or serving roles is highly desirable
• Familiarity with food safety standards and handling procedures is a plus
• Experience in a very fast paced environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
