Crumbl Cookie needs you!! Crumbl Cookie is a gourmet cookie bakery with a fun rotating menu for in-store pick up, home and business deliveries. Operation hours are from 6:30am to 10pm Monday-Saturday; closed Sundays.

A Shift Lead oversees daily operations of the store. Leads, trains, and delegates duties to employees and makes sure all tasks are done correctly. Responsible for providing outstanding customer service, fostering a positive work environment and being an employee of hard work and dedication to the company, while being able to strictly follow corporate brand standards and operating procedures.

Shift Lead Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and professional environment
• Support the Manager in any necessary responsibilities
• Train, coach and lead bakers, drivers and shift leads
• Delegate tasks to learn and hold accountable
• Provide friendly and fast service for customers
• Manage staff efficiently to control labor costs
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are properly followed
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized
