What You’ll Do
- Aggressively manage and submit RV & marine warranty claims for maximum recovery
- Catch missed opportunities others overlook and turn them into revenue
- Work directly with technicians and advisors to ensure every claim is airtight
- Own rejected claims—fight for every dollar until resolved
- Track performance, stay on top of receivables, and don’t let money sit
- Become the in-house expert on all manufacturer warranty systems and policies

Compensation
- Base Pay: $20–$23 per hour
- High-Level Bonus Potential: Significant commission-based bonuses tied directly to your performance and warranty recovery
