Requirements:

• Positive Attitude
• Consistent and Reliable
• Able to follow direction both verbal and written.
• Experience as a prep person may be advantageous.
• Manual dexterity to operate cooking tools such as knives.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical endurance to work long shifts in a busy fast paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts during the week and on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
• Serv-Safe Certified a plus
• We ask that you have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
• Following prep lists created by CSC.
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
• Mixing Chicken Salad flavor and preparing Classic Carol for the next day.
• Ensuring all product is properly cooled and stored.
• Wash dishes and return work area to its original state at the end of the shift.

Chicken Salad Chick provides a delicious menu with a variety of 13 Chicken Salads, Pimento Cheese, Egg salad, homemade sides, delicious soups, and great sandwiches.

Prep Pay: $12 - $13 / hour
