Role Overview
- Full-time (5-days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes insert up to Cookeville, Crossville, Sparta, and Celine, Tennessee
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated compensation range of $66,828 - $78,994 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as insert LPC or LMFT
- LCSW not considered at this time
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Minimum of 6-months experience needed as a psychotherapist
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
