As well as a barista station. We pride ourself on delivering the finest quality food and the highest level of customer service, all while maintaining a fun and friendly environment.
Position Overview: As a team member at Cooked, your role is to provide our customers with an outstanding shopping experience. We are seeking individuals who are friendly, well spoken, reliable, and motivated to help grow our business.
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide helpful and professional service.
Cash Handling: Operate the POS, process payment, and handle all transactions professionally.
Product Knowledge: Learn, and be able to share product and nutritional information with customers.
Maintain Organization & Cleanliness: Keep counters, sales floor, and freezers clean and organized.
Requirements:
-MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage front end operations efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
-Ability to lift heavy objects, climb stairs, and stand for long periods of time
