Cooke's Seafood is a third-generation seafood restaurant, run by our family for 51 years! We are looking for a dedicated, responsible Line Cook to join our team and work in a mature family environment.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Line cooking (short order...grill cook, fry cook) and making sure the kitchen is always kept clean, organized, and prepped.
- Have a high attention to detail and good memory. We have an established system and we do the same thing daily!
- Be comfortable with heavy lifting, hands-on work, and handling large deliveries regularly. This is a physical position that includes a lot of cleaning and prep.
- Handling high-pressure situations with calmness and speed.
