Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative
Join our independent insurance agency in Niceville, FL! We’re looking for an experienced 440 Customer Service Representative (CSR) who’s ready to grow with a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active 440 insurance license (required)
- 1–2 years of insurance or customer service experience
- Life & Health license is a plus
- Commercial insurance experience is a plus

You’ll be the knowledgeable and dependable voice our clients trust. Daily responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries and policy changes
- Assisting agents with quotes and renewals
- Supporting daily office operations
- Providing excellent service to help our clients protect what matters most
