Inside Sales Assistant

True North Seafood, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in the Canada’s Best Managed Companies Program, is offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Company’s sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. This is a full-time position that reports to the Inside Sales Manager.

The Role:
This inside sales position is based in our Suffolk, Virginia office and will work closely with outside Key Account Managers. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to learn and demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for daily management of customer accounts. This includes contacting customers for orders, order entry, customer onboarding, responding to customer inquiries, initiating customer claims, supplying sales materials and information, and delivering superior customer service. 

We are seeking a confident, independent, self-starter who has a competitive drive and sense of urgency. Ideally, candidates will have a proven track-record of achievement and a reputation for high standards of personal and professional conduct. Experience with Microsoft Office considered an asset.
