Location: Prosper Medical Office Building Department: Admin Specialty Clinic Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Specialty Practice Manager is responsible for the overall managerial coordination of the specialty clinic office, providing operational and financial leadership across the department’s services(s). The role ensures consistency in office processes, staff performance, regulatory compliance, customer service and financial integrity, to ensure a seamless patient-centered experience and efficient clinic operations. Experience & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. OR in lieu of the minimal experience a Master’s in Healthcare Administration/related masters focused on healthcare leadership. 5 years management experience, with 3 years in healthcare. Working knowledge of medical billing, coding, and accounting principles. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire as defined by practice.
