As our Sous Chef, you'll be whipping up delectable delights that will leave residents asking for more. From prep work to plating, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen crew.
The position of the Dining Services Sous Chef is to prepare food in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations with our established policies and procedures, and as maybe directed by the Director of Dining Services, Chef Manager, Community Director, Senior and/or Director of Dining Services to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.
Qualifications:
- Culinary Education Preferred.
- ServSafe Certification preferred.
- Allergen Certification preferred.
- Three (3) years short order cook experience in a restaurant, café, food service kitchen or other related environment preferred.
- Two (2) years supervisor experience.
- On-the-job training provided.
