Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for technology and integration? We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager – Commercial Security Solutions to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead customer-facing, technology-driven projects across multiple locations, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, integrations, local project teams, and external partners.
This is a high-impact position that plays a key role in connecting technical work with business objectives, supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Location: Washington
Pay: Base Salary of $80K - $115K year quarterly bonus - DOE

Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of truth for all integration projects, maintaining accurate tracking and documentation of current and upcoming work.
- Collaborate with engineering and integrations teams to manage project backlogs and ensure prioritization accuracy.
- Perform regular project margin reviews and re-estimations for change orders and re-mobilization efforts.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and local centers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, including budgets, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
- Support the customer escalation process and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Contribute to project planning documentation including installation plans, system drawings, and closeout packages.
- Apply modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) to drive efficiency and quality.
- Travel up to 25%-30% may be required.
- 5 years of experience in technology-focused project management or related security/technology environments.
- 2 years of experience managing multiple complex programs or projects.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and active listening.
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to read and interpret technical systems documentation.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Combination of education and equivalent project management experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is a plus.
