Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team on the night shift. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation for various service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support catering events and special functions as needed
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally during service hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment preferred buy if you have the passion and drive to work in a fast pasted inviorment we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong culinary skills, including knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with meal preparation, and cooking techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of food industry standards and customer service principles
- Prior kitchen experience or culinary training is highly desirable
