Our company is growing and we are seeking an additional service tech and director of maintenance. This role is a entails combination of routine maintenance of properties emergency maintenance of properties and turnover maintenance of properties between tenant outs and move in's. Must be versatile! Must be a motivated self starter. Must possess experience in Plumbing, HVAC , Appliance, and electrical repair. As well as general maintenance including drywall patching and repair painting flooring install and repair . Refrigeration license preferred but not required. Specific experience in plumbing and HVAC repair including mini splits . Electrical troubleshooting maintenance and repair . Appliance and Commercial Refrigeration repair and maintenance .
Please do not apply if you don't have a clean and valid driver's license, must have basic tools. Company vehicle will be available for use as needed Hours can be flexible but generally 8 to 4 Monday through Friday with potential emergency calls on evenings and weekends. Pay is based on experience.
