We’re seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Part‑Time Kitchen Production Assistant to mix and package chef‑crafted spice blends. This is a growth role — hours and responsibility will increase as the business expands. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Key duties
- Precisely measure and mix spice blends per written recipes
- Fill, label, and package bottles; prep for inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, food‑safe workspace
- Follow food‑safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, able to work independently
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Food‑service or commercial kitchen experience a plus
- Must follow written procedures exactly
- Must sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement before starting
Position details
