Cook Out is one of the fastest growing brands in the QSR industry. We are seeking a talented candidate to assist in hiring, training, and development. As a Talent Acquisition Manager (T.A.M.), you will be responsible for proactively hiring and maintaining management levels in your region. You will recruit, interview, hire, onboard and work to retain management level talent across your area. The T.A.M. role will oversee managers in training from hire date, through the training program, and up to graduation from the training program. This position will also work hand in hand with upper management to ensure successful store level manager development.
- Develop an individual recruitment strategy to ensure interview sessions are full of qualified candidates.
- Source, contact, and interview management candidates.
- Manage applicant flow daily by updating job ads, coordinating your own interview sessions, hosting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Provide support and guidance to new hires and ensure we are delivering on training expectations.
- Provide key operational support with special projects.
- Schedule, plan, and coordinate manager in training workshops.
- Communicate clearly and timely ensuring candidates have a positive experience from day one.
- Establish and maintain vital relationships with management teams and above store management to ensure region wide success through frequent communication.
