What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a top-performing used car sales team
- Coach, train, and mentor sales consultants daily
- Desk deals, structure financing, and maximize profitability
- Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising strategies
- Drive performance while maintaining a family-first, ethical culture
- Work closely with ownership and leadership to grow the business
