Role:
Cook Manufacturing Company is a family-owned company that manufactures industrial equipment. We are currently seeking a full-time office administrator to join our team in Reed City Michigan. This role is responsible overseeing all daily office activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Communicate with management to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare reports on collection activities and progress.
- Communicate with customers over the phone and email.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Experience with accounts payables or receivables.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional manner and strong ethical code.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Products)
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Associate degree in business administration or accounting is preferred.
- Previous experience using QuickBooks is required.

Compensation: $17.50 to $22.00 / hour
