Role Description The Associate Attorney will work on a full-time, on-site basis in Fairfax, VA. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence, and assisting with case strategy in employment law and civil litigation matters. Immediate client contact. Courtroom work including first chair trial work depending on experience. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with senior attorneys and staff, maintain accurate documentation, and support the firm’s commitment to clear communication and efficient representation.
Qualifications
Virginia Bar required. Strong written and oral communication skills. Collaborative and ethical. Prior experience in civil litigation a plus.
