We are a personal injury law firm that is seeking talented individuals to join our customer service team. In this position you will be maintaining communication and resolving issues that our clients are having.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of clients and ensure positive communication.
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding their case and the legal process.
- Resolve clients issues by coordinating with other staff memebers, insurance companies, medical providers, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
