Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly to support efficient kitchen operations
- Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, sanitation, and handling procedures
- Support food service activities including serving guests and bussing tables as needed
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with banquet setups, event catering, and special service requests to ensure seamless execution
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, or culinary tasks is advantageous
- Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests warmly
