Overview
MED Institute is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Account Management Intern for 6 months. This paid internship is ideal for a student interested in business development, client relations, and project coordination within the health-care and medical technology industry.
You will gain experience working directly with the Account Management team to support client engagements, track project milestones, and contribute to relationship-building efforts. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client communications and tracking project status across multiple service lines.
- Prepare materials for client meetings, including agendas, summaries, and project updates.
- Maintain and update client records and engagement time-lines in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Support the Account Strategy team with lead tracking, proposal development, and contract coordination.
- Conduct market and client research to support business development efforts.
- Participate in internal and client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Help ensure exceptional client experiences through clear communication and organizational support.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate in business and selling or sales management student (junior/senior) (preferred majors: Marketing, Sales, Management, Business Communication, or related fields).
- Interests in health-care, life sciences, or B2B client services.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a team setting with multiple priorities and deadlines and a proactive attitude.
