Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Financial Planning Assistant, located in Olathe, KS, with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Financial Planning Assistant will support a financial advisor in delivering exceptional service by assisting with financial planning, conducting research and analysis, maintaining client records, and preparing necessary reports and documentation. Additionally, this position requires handling administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, maintaining organized records, and ensuring clear communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and a solid understanding of Finance
- Strong Analytical Skills to handle data interpretation and financial forecasting
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and record management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using financial software, Excel, as well as database management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a bonus
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred
