• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions about products, store policies, or services with professionalism and clarity.

• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments to uphold our professional image.
• Support store promotions through upselling techniques that enhance sales performance while genuinely meeting customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively.
• Experience in supervising or leading small teams is advantageous but not required; leadership qualities are appreciated.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash register operations and inventory counts.
