You will work closely with internal leadership and external accounting partners to ensure that day-to-day financial activity is recorded correctly, reconciled consistently, and supported by clear documentation.

- Have experience in bookkeeping or a Staff Accountant role
- Understand core accounting principles and general ledger structure
- Are confident managing accounts payable, reconciliations, and journal entries

- Can manage recurring deadlines and maintain accuracy under time pressure
- Value process discipline, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Protect confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Preferred experience includes multi-location accounting, healthcare or dental industry familiarity, payroll accounting, and supporting monthly close processes. Foundational accounting skills and reliability matter most.

- Bills are processed accurately and on time
- Payroll accounting is reliable and well-documented
